Floyd Fandango looks like it's got potential. Usually, I'm kind of allergic to Ye Olde Outdoor Festival. If it smells (and I do mean smells) like a Renaissance Fair, clear the way. I'm pretty much outta there.Which really opens the door for some sort of actually cool outdoor festival. Maybe this one—situated near the amazing Blue Ridge Parkway at the height of Fall beauty—is it. Could it be?
