Eren, Max and I went to Nogales, Mexico, today and ate in a fabulous restaurant that was kind of in a cave. Kind of. In fact, it was a wonderful wonderful place called La Roca. Also, I've seen cacti. Wanna see some more pictures?
i'm so damn jealous. i went to nogales a few years ago w/my sister. i bought a bunch of cool art. i wish i was there working on my laptop instead o' this cold, industrial, outdated office.
My Father Don Robert Underwood, was one of five boys born in Nogales. They were raised, in his childhood, in a general store on the AZ side of Nogales, and later in a big ranch about 7 miles outside of town. His Mom was a WW I Navy nurse who lived there most of her life. Dad died in recently, but he would have enjoyed the photos and sharing your visit. We spread his ashes there in a Nogales cemetery not many months ago.
