Published Photography — Birdhouses as Art
I'm proud to have done another assignment for the Lexington Herald-Leader (including the above image on the front page!)
I documented a wonderful place in Frankfort KY called the Josephine Sculpture Park. Below is an except from writer Mary Meehan's article, plus a link to a gallery of my other published shots.
FRANKFORT — Condos, duplexes, twisty metallic skyscrapers: Kentucky birds have never spied such an array of housing. Affixed to brightly colored spindles of metal rising over wild grass, the birdhouses, built mostly by kids and teens, became part of the latest installation at the Josephine Sculpture Garden this week.
